Limited Warranty

CrystaLite sunroom, skywalls, and all appurtenant items supplied shall be warranted for a period of five (5) years after completion of the sunroom/skywall against leakage, defective design, defective material and construction. Insulated glass units shall carry a ten (10) year warranty against delamination, seal failure or deterioration of film coating. Where field glazed, the installer shall be responsible for glass to frame seal. Warranty does not include removal of defective unit or installation of replacement unit. Warranty period will remain in effective from the original date of order. This guarantee is limited to the replacement or the repair of material supplied and does not include consequential damage of labor.
