The majority of our railing systems are installed with base plates on the decks top surface. Standard base plates consist of a straight plate and a 90° corner. In conjunction with our adjustable corner posts, custom angle base plates are available as well.

Base Plates

Mechanically fastened with stainless steel screws for maximum strength. Grooved bottom surface allows for a greater area for wet seal to adhere to for applications that require sealant – such as water-proof membranes.

Side Mount

We have the flexibilty to mount our posts on the outside of your deck. Posts come pre-drilled with spacer material. Typically, our bottom filler piece and post cap are added to the under side to complete the look now that these edges are visible.
